• download the Team Ontario Registration User Guide (PDF)
• gather all of your necessary documentation as outlined in the Guide
• go to the Team Ontario 2009 Canada Summer Games registration website and fill in all information > https://sao.ijsolutions.ca/teamontario/registration/
• all selected and potential Team Ontario members MUST complete their registration by Tuesday June 30, 2009 in order to be eligible to represent Team Ontario at the 2009 Canada Summer Games

Access to the information recorded on the Medical profile and the forms completed by your physician or optometrist is restricted to the Canada Games Medical Division only.

It is the responsibility of the Provincial Sport Organizations to ensure that all athlete and coaching staff registration information is complete and submitted to Team Ontario on time.
